Conditions of sale
All goods purchased from our site (www.hugznkisses.com) must be
paid for in full before goods are despatched. We do not operate
a 'cash on delivery' service.
Delivery times quoted are per working day, & do not include
Saturday, Sunday, or UK bank holidays. For example: If you place
your order for next day delivery before 3.00pm on Friday, your order
will be delivered on Monday.
Exceptions of sale
All credit card orders are thoroughly checked, we will not despatch
any orders until we have verified the authenticity of the credit
card details submitted.
Privacy Policy
Any personal information submitted to our company, whether it be
by telephone, fax or internet e-mail, will not under any circumstances
be shared or given to any third party company for the purposes of
mass mailing, advertising, or any other form of contact. Hugz N Kisses will not use any information given by you to make contact
with you, except in the case of order confirmation, advice of stock
availability, or if you have subscribed to our mailing list.

thereof, and other material on this Website are copyright of Hugz N Kisses except brand devices or otherwise indicated. All rights
reserved. You are permitted to print or download extracts from this
material for your personal use only. None of this material may be

any material appearing on the website may be reproduced or stored
in or transmitted to any other web site or by any other media without
the express permission of Hugz N Kisses. Any other use of the material
and content of the website is strictly prohibited. You agree that
you will not (and will not assist or facilitate any third party

Returns Procedure
Returning your purchase
Please return faulty items to us via the Post Office. It is advisable
essential, to send the item by recorded delivery or to request a
proof of posting. Returns will be dealt with in the following way:
Unworn / Unsuitable Items
The item must be returned in original unworn condition,
in it's original packaging, within 28 days of purchase (exceptions
can be made in the case of Christmas presents).
If a replacement is required, please ensure you state the Style
& Colour of the item you require in exchange.
Replacement items sent in the UK will be sent postage free If a
refund is required, please allow up to 7 working days (from the
date you return the item) for the refund to clear through to your
credit card account.
Refunds will be made using the same method used for the original
purchase. Please note for security purposes, we can only refund
the same credit card which was used for the original transaction.
Postage charges are not refundable.
Faulty Items
In the unfortunate case of an item which has developed a fault which
has not been caused by misuse, within 1 month of purchase, please
return it to us for inspection.
Upon identification of a fault, we will refund any postage charge
incurred by the customer, & send a replacement or issue a full
refund.

Please include a slip of paper containing the following information:
- Your name & address
- Your invoice number.
- The reason for return.
- Whether you would like a replacement or a refund.
